What does pricing start at?

Our mobile golf simulator package starts at $599 for a 3-hour rental (3-hour minimum). Additional hours can be added at $150/hour. Every event is unique, so we provide custom quotes to make sure your experience is personalized and unforgettable.

How do I book or request a quote?

How early do you arrive to set up?

We arrive 1.5–2 hours before your event to ensure everything is fully set up and ready to go by your start time.

Do you stay during the event?

Yes! An attendant/coach is provided during your event to help guests navigate the simulator, run contests, and keep things running smoothly.

Can we keep it overnight?

Absolutely. We offer overnight and next-morning pickup options for late-night events or multi-day rentals. Timing will be finalized with you during the booking process.

Are there age restrictions?

Yes. Due to the nature of the simulator and equipment, age restrictions do apply. Please contact us to discuss suitability for your group.

Who’s responsible for the equipment?

The client is responsible for the integrity and safe use of the equipment during the rental period. Any damage due to misuse may incur repair or replacement charges.

What about liability?

ModHaul Events is not liable for injury, broken equipment, or property damage. All clients and participants must sign a liability waiver prior to the event.
